Mindful Self-Compassion
8 Week Course

What would change for you if you could respond to set-backs, disappointments, or difficult emotions (like shame, anxiety, anger, or sadness) with a sense of open-hearted kindness and acceptance, instead of criticism? What would shift if you could become your own greatest support and ally throughout life’s ups and downs?



I completed a week-long intensive in mindfulness self-compassion training under Chris Germer Ph.D. and Kristen Neff Ph.D. sponsored by UC San Diego School of Medicine. I believe that self-compassion is the cornerstone of all change. In knowing this, I have an appreciation for putting it out in the open that there will be frustrations, painful emotions, mistakes and lots of falling short of ideals. To introduce new habits and mindsets, we need to be able to deal with self-defeating language and obstacles in a more productive way.

In this course you will join with other five other women learn how to:

  • Handle difficult emotions with less pain, suffering, & anxiety

  • Increase happiness, ease, & emotional wellbeing

  • Motivate yourself with kindness rather than with criticism

  • Manage burnout and compassion fatigue 

  • Deepen authentic, satisfying relationships with yourself & others

  • Increase mindfulness & self-compassion in everyday life

  • Deepen a self-healing journey that will last a lifetime

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is a research-supported, 8-week, training program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. 


Based on the groundbreaking research of Dr. Kristin Neff and Chris Germer MSC, this program teaches core principles & practices that allow you to respond to difficulties in your life with kindness, care, and understanding.




FEES for 8 week program: $110 - One night per week for 8 weeks from 5:30PM-7:00PM
